LookAlive (“we”, “us”) is operated by LookAlive. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

What we collect
- Account info: email address, and if you use Google Sign-In, your Google account ID, name, and email.
- Profile info: display name you choose in the app.
- User content: challenge photos you take in-app, group names, logos, prompts, votes, and related group activity.
- Device / push data: Expo push notification token and related delivery metadata so we can send reminders and group notifications.
How we use data
We use this data to run the game (accounts, groups, rounds, voting), send notifications you opt into, keep the service secure, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share with
We use service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
- Expo — app builds and push notification delivery.
- Google — if you choose Google Sign-In.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account and content while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete account. You can also request deletion at lookalive@superblue.ee or via the Delete account page. When an account is deleted, we remove associated profile data, memberships, votes, and photos we store for that account.
Children
LookAlive is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
