Delete your account

Need to close your LookAlive account? Use either option below.

In the app (fastest)

• Open LookAlive
• Go to Profile
• Tap Delete account and confirm

By email

Send a message from the email address on your account to lookalive@superblue.ee with the subject “LookAlive account deletion request”.

Include the email used to sign up (and your display name if you remember it). We will delete the account and associated data, usually within a few days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and authentication account
• Group memberships, votes, and challenge photos
• Push tokens tied to your account

Groups you created may continue if other members remain; ownership is transferred or cleared as needed.
